The three circles in the middle of the painting represent get up stand up and show up it depicts the journey of our people how work already done within communities and the wider community are moving our people forward.  From language reclamation to Cultural Awareness.  Collaborating with partners is building better pathways.  Its about recognising and understand that we all have different values, shaped by our diverse cultural backgrounds.
The boomerangs, spears and handprints are to honour our ancestors, the warriors and spirit dreamers that came and fought us.  The smaller circles in the background represent all the mobs around Australia that make up first nations people
